  1. General terms & conditions

    • Ticket confirmation is subject to 100% advance payment

    • Indo Canadian provides travel services to and from Delhi IGI airport and does not guarantee

    • passengers boarding or missing their onward flights

    • The arrival & departure time mentioned on the ticket are tentative timings and may change due

    • to unforeseen events

    • Children above 3 years are to travel on full ticket and must be accompanied with legal Guardian

    • only

    • Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to travel alone

    • Management reserves the right to change the seat numbers on any bus

    • Loss/Theft/Damage of Check in boot luggage is not covered as per Company Policy. However,

    • the company may look into these matter on case to case basis for suitable activities. However,

    • this does not in any way entitle any liability towards the company

    • TV/LED screen/Wi-Fi is a value add complimentary entertainment facility, with no commercial

    • implications on ticket price or refund claims

    • Request for Cancellations are not entertained over phone, and can be done at the company

    • office or directly through the website www.indoacanadianbus.com for online advance bookings

    • Cancelled ticket amount is transferred back to the source, which means your credit / debit / net

    • banking / cash card or mobile payment account. The cancelled ticket amount is refunded by the

    • respective bank subject to terms and conditions of the bank. However, if you need any

    • assistance for repayments you can contact our Head office or mail us at

    • feedback@indocanadianbus.com

    • No Refunds or Complaints will be entertained for passenger waiting for the Bus at an incorrect

    • boarding point. The passenger is requested to confirm the exact boarding point and time at the

    • time of booking the ticket

    • Management is not responsible for delay and cancellation of trips on account of Breakdown,

    • Accident, Riots etc., and due to any unforeseen circumstances.

    • Inappropriate/Indecent behavior on part of any Passenger will result in de-boarding of the

    • concerned person, and can lead to official/legal action

    • Smoking and Drinking are not permitted inside the coach.

    • Contraband articles or Dangerous/Inflammable goods are Not permitted by any passenger

    • Pets, Animals, Birds are not permitted in the coach, and if found, the passenger is bound to be

    • alighted (get out) from coach.

    • All disputes are subject to Civil Courts Jalandhar Jurisdiction.

    • Conditions for cancelation of tickets amount be refund as following conditions: -

      • before 48 hours 85% of the ticket price

      • within 48 hours 75% of the ticket price

      • Within 24 hours 50% of the ticket price

      • Any type of modification will result in 50% refund

      • Cancellations done before scheduled departure time Only to be eligible for Refund

    • All rights are reserved with the Management regarding any change or dispute.

    • Indo Canadian shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or

    • damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any

    • Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit

    • mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
